In order to participate at the TS  it is necessary to

  1. Have an e-COST profile at https://e-services.cost.eu/
  2. Have received an e-COST invitation to the meeting (sent AFTER 10 May) and have accepted it within 2 weeks from receiving it
  3. Sign the attendance list on each day of the attendance at the GM
